Welcome to AlphaQuant Academy. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which ensure a clear and respectful learning environment for all students, faculty, and staff.

1. Admission Terms

Eligibility: Admission is open to students who meet the course-specific eligibility criteria. Candidates may be required to undergo an entrance test or provide prior academic records to qualify for certain programs.

Application Process: All prospective students must complete the application form and submit necessary documents. Admission is confirmed upon payment of the first installment of the course fee.

Fees: All fee details, including tuition, material costs, and any other applicable charges, are provided in the course brochure. Fees must be paid on or before the stipulated due dates. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. Refund requests before the start of the course will be handled on a case-by-case basis with a processing fee deduction.

2. Code of Conduct

Discipline: Students are expected to maintain a high level of discipline and professionalism. Any form of misconduct, including cheating, harassment, or disruptive behavior, may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

Academic Integrity: Students must submit original work and avoid any forms of plagiarism or cheating. Any violations will result in penalties, up to course termination.

Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance is required. Students must arrive on time for their classes and adhere to the set schedule. Missing more than 25% of the classes may result in ineligibility for final assessments or certifications.

3. Fee Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Schedule: The course fee must be paid as per the outlined payment structure. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of access to classes, materials, or other academy services.

Refund Policy: Once the course has started, fees are non-refundable. For cancellations made before the start of the course, a portion of the fees may be refunded, less a processing fee.

Discounts & Scholarships: AlphaQuant Academy offers merit-based scholarships and need-based financial assistance. Students must apply separately and qualify for these programs.

4. Attendance Policy

Attendance Requirement: A minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory to be eligible for exams or course completion. Exceptions may be granted on medical grounds or other emergencies, subject to approval.

Leave Policy: Leaves must be communicated in advance. Extended absence without prior notice may affect your course progress and completion.

5. Class Timings and Structure

Course Schedule: Classes will be held as per the schedule provided at the beginning of the course. Any changes will be communicated via email or the student portal.

Duration: Each course has a specific duration (weeks/months), which is outlined in the course brochure.

6. Examination and Evaluation Policy

Assessment Structure: Students will be evaluated based on periodic tests, assignments, and final exams. Detailed grading criteria will be shared with the students at the start of the course.

Re-examination Policy: In case of failure to pass a test, students may request a re-test, subject to approval and additional fees.

7. Course Cancellation or Changes

Cancellation by Academy: AlphaQuant Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students may opt for a refund or transfer to another course.

Course Modification: The Academy reserves the right to modify the course content, structure, or faculty as necessary to maintain quality and relevance.

8. Faculty Terms

Faculty Availability: Faculty members are available during scheduled class times. Students may contact them via email or during specified office hours for additional help or clarification.

Substitute Teachers: In the event a faculty member is unavailable, a qualified substitute will conduct the class.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Personal Belongings: AlphaQuant Academy is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings on the premises.

Safety and Security: The Academy takes necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all students. However, students are advised to take care of their personal safety and belongings.

10. Use of Facilities and Resources

Library and Technology: Students may access library resources and online platforms as per the Academy’s policy. Misuse of resources will result in disciplinary action.

Learning Materials: Course materials provided by the Academy are for personal use only. Reproduction or sharing of materials without permission is prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal Information: AlphaQuant Academy collects personal information solely for admission, administration, and academic purposes. All data is handled in accordance with data protection regulations.

Photography and Media Consent: By enrolling, students consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during classes or events for promotional purposes. Those who wish to opt out should inform the Academy in writing.

12. Termination of Enrollment

Grounds for Termination: AlphaQuant Academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for reasons including but not limited to poor attendance, misconduct, failure to pay fees, or breach of the Academy’s code of conduct.

13. Grievance Redressal

Complaints Procedure: Students may file complaints regarding any issues related to faculty, facilities, or academics by submitting a written complaint to the administration. All complaints will be addressed in a timely and fair manner.

By enrolling at AlphaQuant Academy, students acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, agreeing to adhere to them throughout their course of study.
